Shipping policy

If you have purchased a physical item from our store this will be shipped with Australia Post. We try to opt for tracked shipping options where possible but to keep the postage costs down on small items such as greeting cards we send these by standard mail which is not tracked. You can upgrade your shipping to include a tracking number. 

Please double-check that the shipping information on your order is correct. The address is copied directly from your order onto your parcel. We do not refund orders that are lost or not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Express Post: 1 - 2 Business Days (metro postcodes)

International - 10 - 30 days
