Shipping policy

All our digital printable templates are delivered as soon as your order has been processed. Sometimes it can take a minute or two for Shopify (our website provider) and Corjl (the editing platform we have partnered with) to link up and create your order. If you have purchased a physical item from our store this will be shipped with Australia Post. We try to opt for tracked shipping options where possible but to keep the postage costs down on small items such as greeting cards we send these by standard mail which is not tracked. You can upgrade your shipping to express post which includes complimentary tracking. 

Once your order has left our studio we have no control over the shipping time. Australia Post is currently experiencing delays across the entire network due to COVID and cannot guarantee next-day delivery for express post. Australia Post is prioritising express post over all other mail but there may be a delay in delivery especially to regional and international addresses. We hope this will be resolved soon.
